All right, now all sites must have some rules to keep the conduct orderly and keep everything running smoothly. So, unfortionately, there must be some rules. Here are the rules:
1. No spamming. Spamming includes 2 things.
Of course, there is an exception to this. Of such would be character entourage threads, journals, and OOC topics. But, in any IC topics where others can post, don't do it.
2. No God-modding or G-modding. This is posting the actions of other characters. Please don't do this, this can be considered very annoying. This includes, but is not resticted to: In the opening post when you say that someone approches, during duels you say it hits the other person, during fights you say it hits another person, etc. As stated, this is rather annoying, and can be rude.
3. No being all-time powerful, or "God-Like". This is like a Mary-Sue character or Gary-Stu (both of these will be covered later). Everyone MUST have some sort of vulnerability. This is asked in the sign-up threads so we can show that it doesn't seem like you're character can't be hurt. The more vulnerabilites, the better.
4. No Mary-Sue characters, or Gary-Stu characters. These character could be one of the following, but it isn't restricted to: All powerful characters, really intelligent, really pretty, popular to the fact that everyone likes them, etc. If you were wondering how to advoid this, please visit the link that was found to a character creation guide that should help you. Please use it as a reference. This isn't required, but it is encouraged. The link can be found here!
5. Nothing illegal should be posted on here, PMed to anyone, or used in the chat-box. Naturally, this can be considered very dangerous. If this is found on here, your IP address will be immediantly reported. Please don't do this. I don't think I have to describe what is illegal. If you must ask, go ahead and PM me, and I'll tell you. Please note then, just because I don't list it as illegal, it doesn't mean that it isn't. Don't joke on forums like this, especially during this age of time. Security is up on the internet, especially after the whole my-space thing. So, please, keep it off of here. Thanks.
6. Don't make fun of, flame, harass, etc. other members. This is degrading, and will NOT be allowed to happen on here. Your characters could hate other characters, but you can't post saying that you hate someone on here. If you really want, take it out based on your character against the other. Just, don't hate the other members.
7. Swearing is all right, but don't go over board. Every once in a while, it's all right to swear. Just, don't go too over board with it, and try not to use profanity. This basically goes without saying. Please limit your use of swears for there may be younger members on here. In which case, we must respect that.
8. Posting. When posting on these forums, it is recomended that you follow the following list. The ones that are the most important will be underlined:
9. Absolutely NO ABUSATION OF POWER! If you do have powers on the site, DON'T abuse them. This reflects badly on you, and the site as a whole. The consequences for this will be strict, including but not limited to: Strip of power, ban, diabling account, limit powers, etc. This is all based on what happens.
10. When roleplaying, DON'T use your information on this site. This means, DON'T use any information on here that can have criminals track you. We here take pride with our roleplaying environment, and We wouldn't want anything to happen to our members. Therefore, this must be a rule. This too can be showed about the my-space example again. I realize what it says on the profile, but you don't need to fill all of it out. No members of the administration and the site should ask you for your information. If this happens, please report it as soon as possible to me.
Consequences:
Here are the consequences to breaking the rules:
1. Warning. This could be a PM, increase in warning level, or something.
2. Second Warning, same as above.
3. Disabled account for a day.
4. Disabled account for a week.
5. Ban.
The list is just a guideline. Many other things could happen, and this does depend on which rule(s) you break.
Please check back often for updates!
1. No spamming. Spamming includes 2 things.
- Spamming could be considered posting several times to the same topic. An example of this is: You post a topic, and no one replies to it. So, you decide to post there to bump it up. Please, don't do this. This leads to excessive posts in a topic where it isn't needed. Remember, if you need to add something to your post, just click on the modify button at the top of your post. This way, you can edit it, and not spam.
- Spamming could also be posting rather useless posts/topics or OOC topics/posts. This could become annoying, so please, don't do it.

8. Posting. When posting on these forums, it is recomended that you follow the following list. The ones that are the most important will be underlined:
- When roleplaying, use details. We here at the Wizarding Relm encourage this, and we will like it to help you progress in your writing. If you are having troube with this, just approch an admin, and ask for help. This also includes if you need help with roleplaying. If this become more and more on here, I'll put up a board so you can ask there. Then, you could also get help from other members on here.
- When roleplaying, it is required to use atleast 3 sentences per post. We recomend atleast a paragraph (5 sentences), but this isn't required. When making a topic, please make your post long. To help with that, describe the setting, clothes your character is wearing, past events, etc. We understand when there's writer's block, just don't have it a lot.
- When roleplaying, please use full sentences, and correct grammer. Now, the full sentences part should speak for itself. However, we understand how grammer goes. But, please, try not to make too many mistakes. Atleast try to be literate.
- When roleplaying, used third person, past tense. Most forums do in fact use this rule, and so will this one. The ONLY time that you don't need to would be in journals, and of course OOC topics.
9. Absolutely NO ABUSATION OF POWER! If you do have powers on the site, DON'T abuse them. This reflects badly on you, and the site as a whole.
